TikTok Summit, Brand Strategy & Building a Team of Maniacs
Here is my 3rd monthly recap of what I've been working on.

To say the least, June flew by.
However, it was more productive than expected.
There was less time spent in meetings, and more time spent executing the plan.
I have finished my Brand Marketing Digital Strategy for the next 12 months at Pilgrim with the foundations for the evergreen strategy I want to move us towards.
With the team I built, I believe we can get the new machine moving as quickly as I want. I am thrilled with my hires, they are maniacs.
Now that most processes and the right tools have been chosen, we're implementing them together to work seamlessly.
This past month, the majority of the work has been done on Klaviyo and setting up Octane AI for quizzes.
We're also working on a brand-new website that will be launched within a few weeks to revamp the customer experience and bring our brand Ethos to the front.
To ensure our customers receive prompt, helpful support, we have optimized our customer service platform (Gorgias).
Furthermore, we've finalized our business roadmap for 2023, which will include lots of insane collections and drops. Looking forward to the next collections :).
Next up, as a result of reworking the whole ad infrastructure, we should be able to scale much more profitably in the future with the new advertising strategy we've been putting in place.
In other news, I completely redesigned the B2B e-commerce experience in just 3 days. That was intense, but now customers can order and we can process the orders. Like I said, we've got maniacs on the team haha.
Thanks Shopify Plus for the expansion stores and dedicated new B2B solution you've announced in June.
Oh, and I attended the Canadian TikTok Summit in Toronto where I learned about TikTok's plans to take over the world of marketing and media. Their 360-degree vision is amazing. Incumbents, good luck.
As I re-read this, June was jam-packed.
Despite the fact that I still have a lot more on the plate going on at the moment, I won't spoil the beans until I have something to show for it.
We'll see each other next month.
